Started this review in Nov 2023 & put it in my notes to finish later. 6 months later i still feel this same way: Honestly the best laundromat I’ve been to. I was originally a Wash World gal, but I was 100% sold on my first visit here. Their prices are a bargain and they frequently have specials. For example, today (written in Nov.) is 75¢ dry for everyone. Another day, all of the washers were $5. They offer wash, dry, and fold services and for a steal. And every time I come in, the employees are SUPER nice and helpful and don’t mind answering my dumb questions like “what exactly is a pre-wash?”Today I met an employee with the kindest soul. Extremely helpful, customer service oriented, and he just had this all-around wonderful disposition. As I asked questions, I felt like I had his complete attention all while he was still working hard doing his duties. Then I learned he’s one of THE OWNERS….HERE ON A SATURDAY! You can tell they truly care about their business. The mobile app is awesome, you can still use cash or quarters. And they have TVs, charging stations for phones, vending machines, etc. it’s a good place for laundry. 10/10 recommend.
i used there pickup and delivery service just what they promised exact pickup and drop of time accurate pricing no suprises and my clothes were so clean and folded beautifully..
I've been using this laundry service for a little over a month now, and it's hard to put into words just how much it's improved my life. The staff and owner are top-notch, and the weekly delivery is so convenient that it's become a necessity for me. I can't fathom going back to doing my own laundry now that I've experienced the ease and convenience of this service! Thank you Again!!
This has been my go to spot for about 3 months now and it’s finally time for me to rave about it lol. I LOVE this place. It’s always clean and very rarely packed (unless it’s the weekend). I do my own wash as it’s what i’m used to and the machines are always clean and easy to use. Prices are manageable for the area and you can’t deny the convenient location by Shaws Grocery for shopping while you’re waiting for the clothes to dry. To top it off, the staff is friendly and professional. HIGHLY recommend!!
Best laundry service I had the pleasure of using in the last 10 years. They are on time and the clothes are folded perfectly and arrive perfectly in place. They are so meticulous that they remind me of how my mom used to do our laundry which is the highest praise I can give. Jason the owner is also super kind and helpful with the questions I had regarding setting up my membership.
The owner really cares about customers. I see improvements everytime I am there and he is always working. It's hard for me to do laundry with two little ones but they do not mind that my children are there. They put the TV on for them and it makes it a much better experience for all of us. Not only do they have an app which is so easy to use, they also kept the coin option for all the people who want to use quarters. This place keeps every one in mind. This is my go to place to do laundry, it might be a little bit out of the way for me but it is definitely worth it. They also offer washing and folding services and delivery.
VERY PLEASED!! I’ve utilized wash, dry, fold services in the past, but Dash Laundromat TAKES THE CAKE! Not only did they provide affordable, speedy, and quality service, but they will also pick-up/ drop-off at no additional cost. I don’t normally leave reviews (trying to get better at that), but as you can see— the laundry came in very durable bags. It was neatly packed and upon inspection they even professionally bundled our socks in neat little packaging; separated in their own bags. Will be using again.
