It’s always clean and very rarely packed (unless it’s the weekend). I do my own wash as it’s what i’m used to and the machines are always clean and easy to use. Prices are manageable for the area and you can’t deny the convenient location by Shaws Grocery for shopping while you’re waiting for the clothes to dry. To top it off, the staff is friendly and professional. HIGHLY recommend!!

⭐️ Coming in again a year later to rave about this business. Today was a long day at work, I didn’t WANT to do laundry, but had to. Came in and to my surprise there were free burgers on the table for customers. A simple but kind gesture in these times where people are having to choose which necessities to pay for or not. On top of that the ladies at the counter gave me a $1 since I didn’t have cash to get myself a water from the vending machine. This place is always full of subtle, but important kindness that can truly change the trajectory of a bad, long day. I’ll always support this business and you should TOO!!!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve been going to Dash for a couple years now. No complaints when I do my laundry myself. Unfortunately I’ve now had several issues with the drop off service. The first issue was some months ago when I dropped off my laundry, paid for next day service, 48 hrs later it still hadn’t even been started because someone put a note on my order that I didn’t ask for that only one specific employee could do my order and she had been off for a couple days. The next issues was my card was charged over $180 for someone else’s drop off order. This caused a different bill that came out of my bank account to be returned and I incurred overdraft fees. Then on a different order I dropped off, when I retrieved it and got home I discovered I had a bag of someone else’s clothes and I was missing several pairs of my sons jeans and all of his underwear. I stopped doing drop off for a while after this as I’d lost my faith in their capabilities, jeans aren’t cheap to replace! I went back and forth with the owner Jason on this matter for several days. He refunded the cost of my order, around $30, and claimed he would follow up until the problem was solved. I never received an ultimate resolution and I don’t think it should have been on me to keep reaching out when they made the mistake. But I still went here to do my laundry myself because I like the clean space. Now, just this past week, I decided to try the drop off service again because this is a very busy time of year for me, I’m a single mom working two jobs, 7 days a week. Well, low and behold, we pick up the order and get home and now have discovered that every single pair of my sons socks are missing. No socks to be found in the whole order. While I’m a firm believer that mistakes happen to everyone, hence my choice to give this place several chances, I can’t afford to keep replacing clothes that this place loses. I’m always nice and patient with these folks and I always insist on tipping for drop off/delivery services, but its become clear I cannot count on quality service and experiences here. I don’t understand how so many mistakes can be made by one business. It’s extremely disappointing and frustrating, but I guess it’s time to go buy more socks and see if I can find a new, more reliable, laundry drop off service.

I discovered Dash Laundry a little over a year ago, and they’ve been my little secret for staying sane during busy weeks and overwhelming piles of laundry. My clothes always come back so clean and perfectly folded (not to mention the way they pair and package socks). Recently, I sent a load of clothes and accidentally left my credit card in a pair of pants. When the laundry came back, my card was placed neatly on top.
